Do I need to know how to code or maintain a website myself?

No. That's the whole point of what we do. We handle the design, build, hosting, and maintenance. When you need a change — new pricing, an updated service, a new photo — just email us.

What happens if I want to leave or switch providers later?

Your content is yours. If you ever decide to move on, we'll help you export your site files and transfer your domain to a provider of your choice. No lock-in, no hostage situations.

How long does it take to get my website live?

Most projects go from kickoff to launch in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how quickly you can review and approve along the way. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront.

What exactly do the care plans cover?

All plans include fast managed hosting, an SSL certificate, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and security patches. Higher tiers add content updates, performance reviews, and priority support. See the Services & Pricing page for full details.

Can you connect a domain I already own?

Yes. If you already own a domain through GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google, or anywhere else, we'll handle pointing it at your new site. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you choose and register one.

Do you build in online booking for my services?

Yes. We can integrate popular booking tools like Acuity, Calendly, Mindbody, Vagaro, or Square Appointments — whichever you already use or want to use. We'll help you pick the right one if you're not sure.
